How do I knead and wrap dough?

Hi Team

It looks like loads of us are using flour to make different types of dough, awesome. To help, I have posted some visuals for you. Remember, most pizza doughs need 10 minutes 'kneading,' while pasta doughs only need about 5 minutes of kneading.

It is worth taking some time to carefully wrap your dough if it needs 'proofing.' [or proving]. What is proofing? It is the process of allowing bread or dough time to rise. Here is a checklist for you:

1. Yeast based doughs will need to proof in a large bowl
2. Grease your bowl with 1/2 teaspoon of olive oil
3. Tightly cover with plastic wrap [this traps all of the carbon dioxide gas]
4. Place in a warm area until the dough has doubled in size.

Here are a couple of vids Chefs to get you in the mood to Knead. Enjoy the slow motion effects ;]
