Welcome to Food Tech Challenge 2.0. This week we are talking H20, that's right water. Water is in most of our 
body and in most of the fresh foods we eat. 

The challenge this week is to make pasta. If you get the HYDRATION just right you can make beautiful handmade pastas that everyone we love.
